January 2020
I am primarily a Christian wife, mother, and worshiper, but I am also a senior manager working from home, a singer and pianist/keyboardist, a writer, and a million other things, depending on what I’m dabbling in. My husband and I celebrate 25 years of marriage this year, and our kids are 23, 21, 18, and growing up too fast. I play the keyboard and sing at church because I love worshiping my Savior more than anything else. I play the piano and sing hymns with residents at four nearby retirement homes because it’s special to be able to bring so many smiles to so many people’s faces so easily. And I dabble in a million other things because I seem to have this desire to pack several lifetimes of living into this one I’ve been given.
So why this website? Because I am also a satisfied soul who desperately wants the world to know the hope that is just waiting for them in Jesus. It is for all those times when God does something for me or shows me something… those times when I want to shout His goodness and greatness from the rooftops and share Him with the world…to give all those who search a glimpse of hope.
If for some reason you still want to know more about me, then you’ll find plenty on this blog. You can can also read part of my testimony if you’re interested in that. I call it My Ultimate Makeover because that’s what Jesus is doing to me. This blog has tons of stories of all He’s been doing ever since!
My prayer for you–because you arrived at this blog–is this:
I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe.
And if you don’t believe, it’s never too late.
